Motorola MPX200 Review: Motorola MPX200, the new smart phone from Motorola, this is a Microsoft windows powered smart phone that has pre-loaded software using Pocket outlook meaning that users can manage their emails on the move, Windows media player for listening to and downloading digital music, Pocket internet explorer for browsing the net, Activesync for syncronising data between your handset and PC, MSN messenger for online chat and other applications and all this comes wrapped in a very attractive clamshell design with a detachable antenna. The Tri band Motorola MPX200 handset does not have a built in digital camera although there will be a plug in camera available for photo messaging, and it does play video clips that can be viewed via Windows media player and has a large sharp TFT colour screen with 65,000 colours. The colourful on screen menus make the Motorola MPX200 feel as if you are using a PC, and is very similar to a PDA, and anyone who is used to using a windows based PDA should be able to adapt to this phone with very few problems. SMS is standard in the Motorola MPX 200 with T9 predictive text and group messaging as well as MMS to send and receive picture messages and also uses MSN messenger and has GPRS connectivity making this a great phone to send and receive messages all round. MP3's can be downloaded and played on the Motorola MPX200, and with 10 MB's of memory and the facility to expand the memory up to one gigabyte, this is a phone that offers endless options for entertainment and business functions for users who are always on the go. Some more main features of the MPX200 include pre-installed polyphonic ring tones and a selection of Java games, Infrared so that users can connect to the pc wirelessly, or can connect via USB port, WAP1.2.1 and a phone book which can store up to 1000 entries.
