Nokia 7210 Review: The Nokia 7210 features a versatile four-way scroll making navigating the high-resolution colour display easy and is one of the first to have a Pop-Port interface connector. It will support advanced functionalities, such as digital enhancement identification, stereo audio and fast data connectivity.
With WAP 1.2.1 browser (via GPRS or CSD), HSCSD (high-speed circuit switched data), an integrated FM radio and hands-free speaker, this wacky designed Nokia 7210 combines daring design and colour as well as triple band capability allowing coverage on three networks and across five continents.
Polyphonic sounds played through a speaker give improved sound quality for ringtones and message alerts, capability of downloadable personal applications via Java technology as well as the ability to send and receive MMS messages. Other features incorporated within the cool Nokia 7210, with clip-on front covers, include the option of colour schemes, display brightness control, customisable and timed profiles, 21 polyphonic ringtones as well as 10 monophonic preinstalled tones, 300 entry phonebook, T9 and vibrate alert. The multimedia messaging facility allows sending and forwarding messages containing images and text to other compatible phones and received messages containing a text, audio file and/or an image to be saved as a screensaver and ringtone. Other functions of the Nokia 7210 include 10 predefined pictures for picture messaging (5 empty for downloads); mobile chat platform, alarm clock, calculator, currency converter, stopwatch and countdown timer.
An optional camera accessory for the Nokia 7210 doubles as a headset.
